Some of the most powerful people in the world, including at least seven heads of state, have tested positive for COVID-19 so far. Health Analytics Asia maps out the countries where COVID-19 has penetrated the corridors of power.

On October 2, the President of the United States Donald Trump tested positive for COVID-19. Earlier, Prime Ministers of Spain, Russia, the UK, and Armenia as well as presidents of Brazil, Bolivia, and Honduras have had their tryst with the dreaded virus.

In India, no less than 10 top leaders have tested positive for the virus, including former president Pranab Mukherjee (who passed away recently) and the Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
