Man charged after 20 pythons were found in his home

A man faces charges after 20 pythons were found roaming around his home.

Utah resident Marty Lynn Bone was charged with illegal possession of an exotic animal after police found Burmese pythons in his house, some of which were longer than 10 feet.

Detective Ken Hansen told Fox News: “They had free rein of the house. They were up on shelves. They were on the floor. They were on the couch.”

Hansen also revealed that the house also had hundreds of rats and nearly 50 rabbits inside.

He said: “We had animal control there and we had a veterinarian there. So every animal that was taken from there had an examination including the snakes, rats, and the rabbits.”
