Trump Tries To Attack Hunter Biden With Former Partner Tony Bobulinski – But No Evidence Supports His Claims

WASHINGTON, DC - APRIL 12: World Food Program USA Board Chairman Hunter Biden (L) and U.S. Vice President Joe Biden attend the World Food Program USA's Annual McGovern-Dole Leadership Award Ceremony at Organization of American States on April...

Before the last presidential debate, the Trump campaign organized a press conference to present Tony Bobulinski, Hunter Biden‘s business partner at a failed Chinese venture, to alleged that Joe Biden knew about his son’s business dealings.

Bobulinski presented three cell phones that supposedly contained “incriminating information” about the Biden family’s business dealings, but did not allow reporters to inspect the phones.

After the press conference and the last presidential debate, the Wall Street Journal reported, “Text messages and emails related to the venture that were provided to the Journal by Mr. Bobulinski, mainly from the spring and summer of 2017, don’t show either Hunter Biden or James Biden discussing a role Joe Biden in the venture.”

Even if Bobulinski’s allegations were true, which seems dubious at best, there would be nothing illegal about Joe Biden being involved as he was safely out of office when the Chinese venture operated.
