The actor brought Lee's superhero creation to life on the big screen, and now a copy of the first Black Panther comic is expected to fetch around $25,000 (£19,200) when it goes under the hammer on Thursday (29Oct20) - two months after Boseman lost his secret battle with cancer.
Lee died in 2018.
The Marvel memorabilia is also autographed by the 2018 movie's director, Ryan Coogler, and is made all the more valuable as it is a special version of the 1976 release, created for the Middle East Comic-Con event, reports TMZ.
It is being sold by officials at Nathan D. Sanders Auctions, and bidding will open at $8,000 (£6,150).
