After a month full of rumors, Zhang “Eurus” Chengjuns is finally leaving Vici Gaming.

Around a few weeks ago, we’ve learned that there is a new Chinese Dota 2 team called Elephant.4AM. Supposedly, the carry player for the team should have been Liu "Sylar" Jiajun, but he only stayed for a few days. We discovered later on that the newly formed team which includes some of the biggest names in Dota 2, will also try to add Eurus.

This is the best Chinese Carry player in the last couple of years and he had a major impact on Vici Gaming.

However, the Chinese organization required 4AM to pay a lot of money for the transfer for Eurus. Needless to say, things didn’t go so well because the new roster didn't have the money. However, it seems like the two parties finally got to an agreement, which is why Eurus is now officially a part of Lu "Somnus丶M" Yao’s Team.

It took Vici Gaming a few hours, but they’ve finally announced in their Weibo account about the successful transfer. Eurus was one of the first Chinese Dota 2 players to reach 10,000 MMR. Even though he was famous a pub star, Eurus quickly rose to the top once he started his professional career.

Initially, he played as a mid laner, but he decided to change to the carry role. It seems like this was the right decision because he quickly became one of the best carry players in the world.

Don’t forget to watch Eurus in action, make sure you tune in to watch Elephant.4AM’s match today. The team will play in the CDA-FDC Professional Championship Season 2.
