CD Projekt Red employees critical of overall management

Employees at CD Projekt Red reportedly criticised their management during an internal video meeting, according to Bloomberg journalist, Jason Schreier.

These critical remarks are one of various reasons as to why Cyberpunk 2077 continues to make headlines at present.

A source told Schreier about the negative atmosphere between management and employees at the CD Projekt Red meeting. Directors, among other things, were confronted about the poor treatment of workers who were imperative to creating the game.

Schreier wrote: "During Cyberpunk 2077's development, staff endured multiple periods of extensive overtime including mandatory six-day weeks to finish the game, Bloomberg has reported. When asked about this crunch time in the Q&A, the directors said they had plans to improve production practices in the future but did not elaborate, according to one person who was there. "
