FBI Searching For Person Responsible For Placing Pipe Bombs At DNC & RNC

The FBI is offering up to $50,000 for information “leading to the location, arrest, and conviction” of whoever is responsible for placing pipe bombs near the Republican National Committee and Democratic National Committee headquarters on Jan. 6, the same day pro-Trump protesters stormed the Capitol.

According to the FBI, “multiple law enforcement agencies received reports of a suspected pipe bomb with wires” was found around 1 p.m. at the RNC. About 15 minutes later “a second suspected pipe bomb with similar descriptors was reported at the headquarters of the Democratic National Committee.”
