EPIC League Season 3 lineup revealed

EPIC revealed which teams will participate in EPIC League Season 3, a Dota 2 esports event from March 1 to 21.

For some squads who did not qualify for the ONE Esports Singapore Major, this would be a particularly quiet period of the week without this event. After all, the first season of regional play just ended, and there was not going to be much to compete in.

EPIC League Season 3

Most of these top teams already confirmed their participation. Even though there is still one team that needs to be determined, fans can already look at the potential matchups and guess who will end up taking the EPIC League Season 3 crown.

  • VP.Prodigy
  • Hellbear Smashers
  • Vikin.gg
  • Team Unique
  • High Coast Esports

  • Prosti Esli (Got out of qualifying bracket)

Qualifying Brackets

Prosti Esli managed to get through the open bracket, eliminating teams like B8 and Nemiga Gaming. Nikita “Daxak” Kuzmin, Danil “illusion” Grzhevka, and Pavel “9pasha” Khvastunov will perform alongside other big names of the Dota 2 esports scene.

EPIC League Season 3 is first based on a group stage to divide all teams into two categories. The first eight get to the Division 1 Bracket and the rest fall in Division 2. With this organization, even if one team performs poorly in the first round, it can still come back. The prize pool of $100 thousand is divided into these two division brackets, with a better reward for Division 1.

This particular timeframe should give this Dota 2 esports tournament a decent viewership. Furthermore, it helps fans sharpen their teeth before the Singapore Major.
