Fortnite Battle Royale content creator and Twitch streamer Nick “NickEh30” Amyoony will host his first-ever Twitch Rivals tournament. Dubbed NickEh30’s Creator Cup, several hand-chosen members of the Twitch community have the task of locating a suitable partner for this competition, which sports a $10K USD prize pool. There’s a lot to breakdown before the NickEh30 Creator Cup starts on March 8, so let’s take a look at the format, prize pool and list of participants.

NickEh30’s Creator Cup Format

Twitch Rivals and NickEh30 have teamed up to produce this 100-player Fortnite tournament. A total of 50 duos will compete in five standard Fortnite matches, where their goal is to accumulate placement and elimination points. These will occur in private lobbies with Arena Mode settings in effect. From there, the top eight teams advance to the Grand Finals for some Zone Wars action. Preliminary Round

  • Standard competitive Fortnite
  • 100 players total (50 duos)
  • Five matches
  • The top eight teams advance to the Zone Wars finale

Grand Finals

  • Zone Wars
  • 16 players total (eight duos)
  • Multiple games
  • The first team with two wins will win the Zone Wars portion
  • All other placements are dependent on eliminations

NickEh30’s Creator Cup Scoring System

Since there are two rounds in this tournament, there are also two different scoring systems. Round one features a traditional Fortnite scoring system, including points for placement and eliminations. NickEh30’s Creator Cup Prize Pool

There is no complete list of players available for this tournament, but professional players MackWood, Ceice, Punisher have all committed along with SypherPK and Tocata.
