Cherry Blossoms and a Sea of Clouds! Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo in Spring

Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo's Spectacular Garden

Cherry blossom season is one of the most anticipated times of year in Japan. Unfortunately, these delicate blossoms are notoriously short-lived, making it difficult to plan a trip that coincides with the best days to view the famous sakura.

Thankfully, Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo offers visitors a unique chance to enjoy cherry blossoms from mid-February until as late as March! Home to more than one hundred cherry trees of twenty varieties, their garden's diverse collection of trees ensures that visitors can enjoy amazing cherry blossoms throughout the spring season.

From the bright, cheerful pink of the Kawazu-zakura cherries that bloom in February to the delicate, graceful white of Tokyo's famous Somei Yoshino, each variety of cherry tree has its own charming style. If you want to be sure of the perfect cherry blossom pictures, there's no better place to visit in Tokyo.

Visit the hotel or its dining facilities until April 11 and you can enjoy special menus and events inspired by the cherry blossoms!

The Sea of Clouds in Spring

This spring, visitors are particularly excited to enjoy the new combination of cherry blossoms and the hotel's unique Sea of Clouds, a feature introduced last fall that creates a truly spectacular atmosphere in the garden as a veil of mist is released over the trees.

Several times each day, a combination of more than 10,000 lights and misters transform the grove of cherry trees into a fantastical dreamscape of light and color. This attraction makes for a truly unique experience!

Sakura-Flavored Treats

When you stop by to enjoy the cherry blossoms, don't miss out on the hotel's special sakura-inspired menu, available until April 11! With nine different restaurants and lounges offering everything from full meals to teatime snacks, you're sure to find the perfect cherry blossom treat.

The Sakura Mont Blanc pictured above and other time-limited seasonal sweets can also be purchased at the hotel shop.
