Aim Lab as a Training Partner

This new partnership looks to help both new and existing players hone their skills. Through various challenges and skill combines, Aim Lab users can unlock in-game rewards for Rainbow Six Siege, all while improving their gameplay. An exclusive Aim Lab skin can be earned by Siege players for completing special training sessions too. Other integrations between the two will come out for PC players in Summer and possibly console too.

“Aim Lab is excited to develop the official training programs to help Rainbow Six Siege players of all levels master core skills and compete at the highest levels,” Dr. Wayne Mackey, founder of Aim Lab, said. “Our goal is to deliver a fun and engaging experience while helping players win even more ranked matches.”

Rainbow Six Siege Partnership

The partnership comes to life with Aim Lab replicating the in-game physics within Rainbow Six Siege. Movements, weapon recoils, and game environments can all be tested in Aim Lab for Siege players to practice and improve their skills. Graybox versions of the Oregon and Clubhouse maps currently exist. Advanced concepts like entry fragging and recoil control can also be practiced on.

“We are proud to work with Aim Lab on an ambitious partnership,” the Rainbow Six Siege development team stated. “This is a great opportunity for players to grow with a tool recognized as the ultimate FPS/TPS training program for gamers of all levels and is a step forward in terms of players’ skills in-game. We are happy and excited by this new collaboration and we hope our players will enjoy it as well!”

Partnerships are usually nothing new in gaming but a training partner like Aim Lab can make a big difference for players. A game like Rainbow Six Siege focuses more on accurate aiming and skills than other titles. Thanks to this partnership, Ubisoft can bring new training grounds for both casual and esports players.
