s1mple bags a win for NaVi with an insane ace clutch against Heroic One man army.

NAVI's DreamHack Masters Spring win is anything but ordinary. However, this ace clutch by Aleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev in a game against Heroic is undoubtedly the event's highlight.

NaVi may have won their match against Heroic, but the Danes made the Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhailov led roster sweat before conceding. The tight-knit game ended in NaVi's favor, but it wasn't easy. It required thorough team play and an ace clutch from s1mple to finalize the win.

The Ukrainian legend s1mple is known for his agility with the AWP and an aggressive playstyle, but his poised play with the rifle on Nuke speaks volumes about his brilliant game sense.

On Nuke's match point, s1mple took the matters and the C4 in his own hands. With 15-8 on board, the AWPer rushed inside B, where five Danes protected the site. With only Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy by his side, opening a tight area like B wasn't a small feat, but s1mple took on a challenge and landed sleek kills against Ismail "refrezh" Ali and René "TeSeS" Madsen. With the help of a Molotov and Perfecto's cover, s1mple activated the bomb.

But his teammate couldn't survive the Danes long enough.

In an intense one versus five situation, s1mple continued his assault by getting a kill on Rasmus "sjuush" Beck in the decon. Making his way to the window from back vents, he took the remaining two Heroic by surprise who were expecting s1mple at the doors. He shot down one enemy on-site, and punished the in-game leader Casper "cadiaN" Møller for flanking him. His ace clutch with impeccable site control and utility usage earned NaVi their match point and map win over Heroic.

The Ukrainian team finished off Heroic in a 2-1 fashion after starting slow on Mirage. This victory led to their successful streak in DreamHack Masters, winning them the final trophy. s1mple's one versus five clutch and other similar plays also earned him the title for DreamHack Masters Spring MVP.

Who's the best CSGO player in the world?

Team Vitality's AWPer Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut is currently the best player globally, close to NaVi's s1mple. Both the players have been the top contenders for the best players' title for two years, with ZywOo taking the lead with minimal difference. Former Astralis AWPer and current Ninja Nicolai "dev1ce" Reedtz has also been in the run for best player in the world alongside the other two.
