Trump Raised $100 Million In 2021, More Than Any Other Republican

Former President Donald Trump raised $102 million in the first half of 2021, making him the top fundraiser from the Republican side.

The amount highlights Trump’s dominant influence among the Republican supporters even after leaving the Oval Office and being banned on social media platforms.

“Bringing the truth about the Rigged and Stolen 2020 election to light is critical to restoring faith in our election process and our country itself. On behalf of the millions of men and women who share my outrage and want me to continue to fight for the truth, I am grateful for your support,” the former President said in a statement.

“And I can’t imagine a more important time to elect good Republicans to the House and Senate. Commonsense conservatives were never more badly needed. We must have people who will stand for our America First Agenda of lower taxes, fewer regulations, support the Second Amendment, strong Borders, honoring our vets, and are very tough on crime. The American people know what’s at stake,” Trump added.

Trump has been falsely claiming to his supporters that the presidential election last year was rigged.

In a recent report, Trump allegedly pressed senior officials in the Department of Justice to declare the November 2020 election “corrupt” in a phone call on December 27.

The Democratic Party overall still outraised its GOP counterpart. While Democrats raised $373 million in the first six months of 2021, Republicans earned a total of $258 million.
