In the final minutes of the Cincinnati Bengals’ 34-31 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs to clinch their division, quarterback Joe Burrow hobbled off the field. However, he said after the game that the injury is nothing serious.

His departure paved the way for Brandon Allen to take the final few snaps, though Cincinnati (10-6) knew all it needed to do was take a knee, spike the ball, and then have Evan McPherson kick a field goal.

Burrow has thrown for 971 yards, eight touchdowns and zero interceptions over his last two games.

The triumph snapped the Chiefs’ (11-5) eight-game winning streak

Next up for the Bengals is a trip to Cleveland with the No. 1 seed still on the line.
