Despite a lengthy trash-talking rap sheet throughout the season, Bengals cornerback Eli Apple is fed up and coming back at his haters.

Following his brutal Super Bowl LVI performance, he vowed to “unleash that demon” and exact revenge next year.

Apple was cooked throughout social media before, during and after Super Bowl LVI after eventual MVP Cooper Kupp repeatedly made him look foolish.

Even his colleagues, such as Chiefs wide receivers Tyreek Hill and Mecole Hardman, had a field day with him—most notably after he allowed the game-winning touchdown.

“Yall ReAwoke A Fire In Me That Will Only Make Me Stronger,” he wrote on social media. “And Im Beyond Excited To Unleash That Demon Again to Exponential Levels On Any Opp That Lines Up Across From Me Next Season 🖤🐅.”

It’s no wonder where he gets it from—Annie Apple, his mom, has done some trash-talking on her son’s behalf.
