Jordan Poole May Give Warriors Another Superstar

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA - NOVEMBER 03: Jordan Poole #3 of the Golden State Warriors reacts after he made a three-point basket against the Charlotte Hornets in the first half at Chase Center on November 03, 2021 in San Francisco, California....

It may look bleak for the Golden State Warriors (48-29), as the team has lost four straight and seven of its last eight games. Plus, superstar Steph Curry missed his seventh consecutive game (sprained left foot ligament) Wednesday—a 107-103 loss to the Phoenix Suns.

If there’s one bright spot—in addition to their near-lock status to make the playoffs—though, it’s Jordan Poole, who tallied his 15th straight performance with at least 20 points, going for 38 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists in the setback.

Fans and pundits alike have taken notice:

He’s obviously still wet behind the ears–in his third season with just 179 games, 67 starts, under his belt. But if he can keep filling up the stat book the Warriors will have another superstar on the roster.
