Flight attendants in China have been advised to wear nappies. New guidelines issued by the country's aviation authority have advised aeroplane staff to wear nappies so they do not have to use the toilet during a flight in measures taken to reduce the spread of coronavirus. The Civil Aviation Administration of China's document offers a number of hygienic practices in a bid to prevent plane staff from contracting COVID-19.
