US bans former Slovak chief prosecutor over corruption
Washington (AFP) - The United States on Thursday banned the entry of Slovakia's controversial former prosecutor general, Dobroslav Trnka, saying he undermined democracy through corruption. Trnka, who was arrested last year on part of a corruption investigation, and his son will be ineligible to come to the United States, the State Department said.
