Joel Klatt took some time to break down the performances of Michigan quarterbacks Alex Orji and Davis Warren during the Wolverines’ Spring Game. Evidently, Klatt believes both quarterbacks are talented, but only one can win the team’s quarterback competition. He’s not leaning one way or another following the Spring Game earlier in April though. “The other thing that I think really stood out is just this quarterback battle. Michigan head coach Sherrone Moore didn’t budge when it came to the quarterback battle this spring. It seems to be a two-man race between Alex Orji and Davis Warren with Jadyn Davis and Jayden Denegal as the next two guys in the race. Davis Warren and Alex Orji are your guys that appear to be fighting it out for the...

McCarthy making his way to the NFL. It has been speculated that Michigan will add a starting quarterback from the Transfer Portal. However, there is a lot that goes into it, and as On3’s Pete Nakos explained during an appearance on Andy Staples On3, Michigan needs to be delicate in its approach to a transfer quarterback and may not add through the portal. “So, you have Alex Orji on the roster, who has a ton of upside,...
