Environment ministers from countries on the Baltic Sea convened in Riga on Thursday to discuss pollution. "The cleanliness of the Baltic Sea is our joint goal," Latvian Environment Minister Inga Bērziņa said after a meeting of the Helsinki Commission (HELCOM).
