Sour cream cakes with chives
Ingredients for approx. 12 pieces: For the yeast dough: 125 ml milk150 g butter500 g flour1 sachet dry yeast1 pinch of sugar½ tsp salt2 eggs (M)For the topping:250 g stiff sour cream2 egg yolks (M)salt, pepper2 onions1 bunch of chives Preparation: 1.
