The first strike in Germany's construction industry in about two decades began on Monday as workers demanded higher wages. Another Chinese construction group has missed a deadline for payments to its creditors. The Beijing-based Radiance Group announced on the Hong Kong stock exchange on Wednesday evening that it had defaulted on the repayment of a bond worth $300 million.
