Walnut - sweet potato bread with ginger
Ingredients for approx. 18 slices: 300 g sweet potatoes60 g soft butter150 g brown sugar120 g maple syrup1 egg (L)80 ml milk1 tsp cinnamon10 g grated gingerpulp of 1 vanilla pod250 g flour2 tsp baking powder½ salt100 g walnuts Preparation: 1. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes. Boil in water for 15-20 minutes until soft. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes. Leave to cool slightly. 2. Mix the butter and sugar well.
