Ingredients for 4 pieces: 4 square slices (45 g each) frozen puff pastry500 g onions2 tbsp butterPeppersalt200 ml milk100 g whipped cream4 eggsgrated nutmeg½ bunch chives3 stalks basil80 g finely chopped Spanish salami Also: Basil to garnishGrease for the ramekinsFlour for rolling out2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs Preparation: 1. defrost the puff pastry.
