Utah Jazz Coach Quin Snyder Steps Down, Says Team Needs ‘New Voice’
The Utah Jazz have the latest head coaching vacancy to open up as head coach Quin Snyder announced Sunday that he stepping down from his role with the team. Snyder told the media that he “strongly feels they need a new voice to continue to evolve, that’s it. No philosophical differences, no other reason. After eight years, I just feel it is time to move onward,” Snyder said. He told reporters that he had waited until the season was over and took time to make sure this was the right decision.
