This year marks the 30th anniversary of Eurostar carrying passengers from London to Paris. The first fare-paying passengers used the service to travel through the Channel Tunnel in November 1994. The UK government's latest legislation to revive its controversial plan to send migrants to Rwanda is "not compatible" with the country's rights obligations, a damning report published on Monday has found.
