Shrimp and zucchini pan

Ingredients for 4 people:

500 g zucchini
1 onion
1 red chili pepper
2 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 lime
200 g shrimps (frozen, cooked, defrosted)
salt, pepper

Preparation:

1. Rinse zucchini, clean and cut into pieces. Peel and dice onion. Clean, rinse and finely chop chili pepper. Peel garlic.

2. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Sauté zucchini and onion
sauté for about 4 minutes.

3. Cut lime in half, squeeze one half, cut other half into wedges. Add Chili,
shrimp and lime wedges and sauté for another 1-2 minutes. Squeeze garlic into it. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper.

Preparation time approx. 20 minutes
