Purple Power Smoothie

Ingredients for 3 people:

1 beetroot
3 tart apples
2 carrots
Juice from 3 oranges
1 small piece of ginger
1 dash of olive oil

Preparation:

1. Wash the ingredients and peel if necessary. Then cut everything into small pieces, so that the pieces fit through the opening of the juicer.

2. Put the ginger in the juicer with the carrots right at the beginning. Add all the juice ingredients to the juicer one by one.

Preparation time approx. 15 minutes
