Grilled Butternut Squash with Pulled Turkey

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 pack (500 g) Pulled Turkey
1 small butternut squash (approx. 1 kg)
1 bunch of spring onions
6 tbsp olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic
Grated zest of 1 organic orange
3-4 tsp thyme leaves
sea salt
pink pepper berries, chopped

Preparation:

1. Prepare Pulled Turkey in the oven according to package instructions.

2. Cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds and peel. Cut the pumpkin into slices approx. 3 mm thick slices. Clean and rinse the spring onions. Season the pumpkin and the spring onions. Brush the pumpkin and spring onions with olive oil, then grill in a grill pan.

3. Heat the remaining olive oil in a small frying pan. Peel the garlic and
and press into it. Add the orange zest and thyme leaves and fry the garlic until light brown. Season with sea salt and pink pepper berries.

4. Shred the Pulled Turkey with a fork. Brush the pumpkin and spring onions with the seasoning oil and serve with the Pulled Turkey.
