Cucumber salad with cheese skewer

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 cucumber
4 spring onions
2 tbsp sweet and sour chilli sauce
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp oil
30 g walnuts
4-6 stalks coriander
200 g Brie
A little salt
Some pepper
You will also need
4 wooden skewers

Preparation:

1. Rinse and clean the cucumber. Cut the cucumber into thin slices or shave. Clean, rinse and finely chop the spring onions.

2. Mix the chilli sauce with the vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper.
Chop the walnuts. Rinse the coriander, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop. Mix all the prepared ingredients and serve.

3. Cut the Brie into pieces and put them on skewers. Serve the skewers with the
