Prawn Cucumber Salad

Ingredients for 4 people:

250 g frozen king prawns (without shell, defrosted)
Salt
juice of 1 orange
2 tsp ginger jam
2 tsp honey mustard
Pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cucumber
8 radishes
1 bunch dill

Preparation:

1. Rinse the king prawns and cook in boiling salted water for approx. 3 minutes.

2. Mix the orange juice with the ginger jam, honey mustard, salt, pepper and olive oil. Drain the prawns and mix with the salad dressing. Leave to cool.

3. Rinse, clean and peel the cucumber in strips. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Rinse and clean the radishes and also cut into thin slices. Rinse dill, shake dry and chop.

4. Mix the prawns with the cucumber, radishes and dill and serve.

Preparation time approx. 20 minutes + chilling time.
