Mango latte

Ingredients for 4 servings:

400 g mango pulp
300 ml pineapple juice
300 ml apple juice
100 g honey
juice of 2 limes
200 g whipped cream or 400 ml whole milk
Possibly gold leaf and physalis

Preparation:

Cut mango pulp into coarse pieces. Mix pineapple juice, apple juice, honey and lime juice.
lime juice. Add mango and puree with a hand blender. Whip cream
whip until semi-stiff or heat milk slightly and froth. Divide cream or milk
evenly into glasses. Pour mango drink on top. If desired, serve with gold leaf
and physalis if desired.
