The *rady Bunch *house is on the market, complete with the same interiors as the 1970s TV show.
After a renovation that took place in less than five years, HGTV is selling the five-bed, five-bath Los Angeles home at an asking price of $5.5 million, significantly higher than the network bought it for at $3.5 million.
After buying the house on 11222 Dilling Street in 2018, HGTV touched up the facade and redid the interiors, adding a second story to recreate the show’s living room, kitchen, bedrooms and yard, which were all shot on sets at Paramount Studios. The construction process was filmed in a 2019 series entitled A Very Brady Renovation and saw cast members and HGTV talent work to make the fictional home a reality. The series was popular, garnering 28 million viewers across four weeks.
The network reportedly invested $1.9 million to renovate the home, which went on to appear in several HGTV series as well as Trixie Mattel‘s Trixie Motel on Discovery+. HGTV will dedicate some of the proceeds to the house’s sale to the initiative Turn Up: Fight Hunger. Its parent company Warner Bros. Discovery has set a goal of giving two billion meals to children living in hunger in the U.S.

The Brady Bunch was a five-season sitcom that ran from 1969 to 1974. The show followed a family of eight as well as their maid and dog. It also spawned a series of TV movies and a satirical remake. When the house entered the market in 2018, it was for the first time since 1973. The initial asking price was $1.85 million, which HGTV significantly overpaid for to famously outbid NSYNC singer Lance Bass.
