Rusk with sweet scrambled eggs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

4 eggs (size M)
100 ml milk
salt
30 g icing sugar
6 strawberries; approx. 100 g
10 g butter
6 onion cheeks

Preparation:

1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and 10 g icing sugar very well. Clean the strawberries and cut into slices.

2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan. Pour in the egg mixture and allow to set over a gentle heat, pushing the mixture gently together in the pan with a wooden spoon.

3. Top the rusks with the strawberry slices and scrambled eggs and dust with the remaining icing sugar.
