Fried onion rings

Ingredients for 4 people:

170 g flour
5 tbsp mineral water
125 ml white wine
3 eggs (size M)
salt
400 g onions
1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
Also:
Fat for frying

Preparation:

1. Mix flour, mineral water, white wine, eggs and 1 pinch of salt, allow to swell.

2. In the meantime, peel the onions and cut into rings. Wash the parsley and remove the long stems.

3. Dip the onion rings and parsley one after the other into the batter, allow to drip off and deep-fry in the hot fat until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve with roast lamb.

Preparation time approx. 20 minutes.
