Mango-Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients for 6 people:

3 mangoes
200 ml coconut milk (from a can)
Juice of 2 limes
To garnish:
Coconut shavings and mint

Preparation:

1. Peel the mangoes and cut the pulp from the fibrous core. Dice the flesh of 1 mango and divide between glasses.

2. Roughly chop the remaining flesh and place in a blender. Add coconut milk and lime juice and blend vigorously.

3. Pour the smoothie into the glasses and garnish with coconut shavings and mint. Serve.

Preparation time approx. 15 minutes
