Melon lollipops with chocolate shavings and coconut flakes

Ingredients for 8 pieces:

1 slice seedless watermelon (2 cm thick)
30 g dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut flakes
1 tsp sesame seeds

Preparation:

1. Cut the melon slice into eight corners and put them individually on skewers.

2. Melt the chocolate carefully in a water bath. Drizzle the melon skewers with the chocolate, sprinkle with the coconut flakes and the sesame seeds and allow to set.

Tip:

Tropical coconut is rich in fiber and minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and calcium, as well as the trace elements zinc, iron and copper. The nutritious snack is easy to digest in the form of coconut chips.

Preparation time approx. 15 minutes plus 1 hour cooling time.
