Cream cheese berries packets

Ingredients for 10 pieces:

200 g mixed berries (e.g.: raspberries + blueberries)
400 g heavy cream cheese
1 tablespoon vanilla pudding powder
1 egg (size M)
200 g whole milk yogurt
1 package of strudel dough (250g; 10 sheets á 30x31 cm)
Powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation:

1. Sort berries, clean if necessary, rinse carefully and drain. Mix cream cheese, custard powder, egg and yogurt. Gently fold in berries.

2. Spread out pastry sheets and fold 1 time in the middle. Place 2 tablespoons of the prepared filling in the center and fold dough together to form a parcel.

3. Place dough packets on baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake in preheated oven (E.-Herd: 175°C/ Gas: Level 2) for 18 - 20 minutes. Dust the berry parcels with powdered sugar and serve while still warm. According to extra berry compote can be served.

Preparation time approx. 40 minutes (without waiting time)
