Ingredients for 4 people:
125 ml milk
½ cube yeast
250 g flour
250 g onions (mixed red and white if desired)
120 g smoked, streaky bacon
200 g sour cream
50 g whipped cream
salt, white pepper
Preparation:
1. Heat milk to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in it. Add yeast mixture to flour and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, peel onions and cut into fine rings. Cut bacon into small cubes. Mix sour cream and cream. Season with a little salt and pepper.
3. Roll out the dough very thinly and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread sour cream mixture on top. Spread onions and spread bacon.
4. Bake in the preheated oven (E.-Herd: 250°C/ Gas: level 4) on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 15-18 minutes. Bake for 15-18 minutes and serve immediately (!).
