Scrambled eggs with North Sea crabs

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 egg (M)
4 tablespoons of whipped cream
salt
Pepper from the mill
1 stalk of dill
oil for the pan
120 g North Sea crab meat

Preparation:

1. Beat eggs and cream in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and finely chop the dill.

2. Heat a coated frying pan with a thin layer of oil. Add the eggs to the pan, add crab and push the eggs and crab together.

3. Serve scrambled eggs sprinkled with dill. Tastes especially good on brown bread.
