Penne with cocktail tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 people:

500 g cocktail tomatoes
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tsp. chili sauce
½ bunch thyme
500 g penne
salt
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

Preparation:

1. rinse tomatoes and cut in half. Mix in a bowl with vinegar, olive oil, chili sauce and
plucked thyme in a bowl. Allow to marinate for approx. 30 minutes.
Let stand.

2. Cook penne in plenty of salted water according to package directions until al dente. Dry heat a
large, coated frying pan dry heat. Toss the tomatoes in it over high heat
briefly and heat.

3. Drain and drain the penne. Mix with the tomatoes and serve
Serve sprinkled with pumpkin seeds.

Preparation time about 20 minutes + 30 minutes marinating time.
