Greek farmer salad

Ingredients for 4 people:

3 beef tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
½ cucumber
1 small vegetable onion
150 g feta (sheep's cheese)
50 g black olives
salt, pepper from the mill
6 tablespoons olive oil
some mint leaves to garnish

Preparation:

1. Rinse tomatoes and cut into coarse pieces. Quarter peppers, clean, rinse and also cut into coarse pieces. Rinse cucumber, cut lengthwise quarter or eighth and cut into pieces. Peel onion and cut into rings.

2. Arrange the prepared ingredients. Crumble the feta and sprinkle with the olives on top. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Serve garnished with mint leaves.
