Goat cheese - skewers with fruity dip

Ingredients for approx. 12 skewers:

4 mini cucumbers
12 strawberries
12 fresh goat cheese thalers
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
For the dip:
2 tablespoons Cumberland sauce
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp bitter orange marmalade
2 tsp. very finely chopped spring onion
Salt
Pepper
Also needed:
12 wooden skewers.

Preparation:

1. Rinse and clean the cucumbers and cut them into slices about 3 - 4 mm thick. The Sprinkle the edges of the goat's cheese rolls with sesame seeds. Rinse strawberries. Thread cucumber slices, goat cheese and strawberries onto skewers.

2. For the dip, mix Cumberland sauce with orange juice and marmalade. Season with a little salt and pepper. Stir in green onion. Serve with the skewers.

Preparation time approx. 15 minutes
