Cherry chocolate tart

Ingredients for 16 pieces:

160 g chocolate cookies
80 g butter
350 g sweet cherries
200 g dark chocolate coating
200 g whipped cream
200 g cream cheese
100 g nut nougat cream
To taste:
Mint leaves for decoration

Preparation:
1. Crumble cookies, melt butter and mix both together. Press the crumb mixture into an oblong form (approx. 36 x 12cm or a springform pan 24 cm diameter), chill.

2. Pit the cherries. Peel 50 g of couverture (with a peeler) into curls. Chop and melt remaining couverture. Whip cream until stiff. Cream cheese and nut nougat until creamy. Fold in melted couverture and cream.

3. Spread the chocolate cream on the cookie base. Spread cherries on top. Sprinkle with chocolate curls and chill for at least 2 hours.

4. Sprinkle with mint leaves if desired.

Preparation time approx. 50 minutes without cooling time
