Tomatoes and fruits wrapped in bacon

Ingredients for 4 people:

8 medium bottle tomatoes
4 small vineyard peaches
4 apricots
2 stalks of sage
200 g breakfast bacon
6 tablespoons oil
Pepper from the mill

Preparation:

1. Wash tomatoes, peaches and apricots and pat dry. Sage leaves from the stems.

2. Wrap tomatoes and fruit with 1 slice of bacon and 1 sage leaf each. Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Season well with ground pepper.

3. Fry the remaining sage leaves briefly in the hot oil and serve.
