Ingredients for 4 persons:
1 pineapple (approx. 1.2 kg)
some thyme stems
120 g breakfast bacon
Preparation:
1. Clean the pineapple, peel if desired. Cut pineapple into large wedges, remove stalk if necessary.
2. Wash thyme, shake dry. Wrap the pineapple wedges with thyme and bacon, pin.
3. Grill on a hot grill for 4-7 minutes, depending on the size of the wedges.
