Ingredients for 4 people:
1 kg potatoes
2-3 cooking pears
400 g pork belly
salt, pepper
some caraway seeds
Preparation:
1. Peel potatoes, cut into slices. Wash pears, cut in half, remove core. Cut meat into slices, halve if necessary.
2. Put the prepared ingredients in a casserole dish. Season with salt, pepper and caraway.
3. Pour ½ liter of water and cook covered for 15 minutes initially. Then cook
without a lid in a preheated oven (E.-Herd: 220°C/ Gas: Level 4) for another
approx. 15 minutes to finish cooking.
