Turkey Burger

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 pack (550 g) Pulled Turkey
4 hamburger buns, 75 g each
4 slices of bacon
60 g mayonnaise
50 g cream cheese, 12 % fat
Salt, pepper
1 gherkin
2 red onions
2 tomatoes
1 box of cress

Preparation:

1. Prepare Pulled Turkey in the oven according to package directions. Place the rolls on a baking tray and bake in the oven. Leave the rolls to cool.

2. Place bacon in a cold frying pan and fry over a medium heat until crispy on both sides.

3. Mix the mayonnaise with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the gherkin finely.

4. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Rinse, clean and slice the tomatoes.

5. Break up 250 g Pulled Turkey with a fork (use the rest elsewhere). Slice the bun open. Spread with mayonnaise. Top with tomato, Pulled Turkey, onions and bacon, sprinkle with cress. Put the lid on and serve immediately.
