Randomly, Dylan, the new deckhand on Below Deck season 11, was sat next to Katie on Vanderpump Rules. The 23-year-old has mentioned he’s a fan of the show, and even confirmed his Pump Rules debut.
He reshared several posts to his Instagram Story of friends talking about the random show crossover, just days after his first episode on Below Deck. Many viewers spotted him and took to his social media page.
One stated, “I just saw him on Vanderpump Rules sitting next to @musickillskate,” while another wrote, “Ok but were you not on vanderpump rules tonight during the last scene? Lmao bravo is ruthless.”
Dylan is a fan of Pump Rules
Dylan shared a picture filming with Lala Kent to his Instagram of that exact scene he featured in. He’s also admitted he only watches two Bravo franchises – and of course, it’s Pump Rules and Below Deck.
He has had four years in the yachting industry alongside modelling work – as seen on his socials – despite viewers who watch both shows questioning his authenticity after seeing him on another series.

When Dylan made his Vanderpump Rules appearance, it was only brief. However, many social media users took to Reddit and Twitter to discuss his random presence while sat next to Katie Maloney.
One viewer said, “Just watched Vanderpump Rules (season 11 ep 9) that was on tonight and in a scene the group is sitting at Sur and Dylan is sitting next to Katie! So crazy! He isn’t mentioned or anything.”
They added, “It is definitely him. If you look closely in the episode you can see he is wearing the same earring he was wearing on below deck.” Some even noticed he’s got the same tattoo – yep, it’s him!
