It is quite an incredible achievement. What may be even more incedible, is that Tavernier has not once earned himself an England call-up despite his incredible numbers. Despite taking Rangers to the title.

Even though, he has starred for Rangers in Europe. England are equipped with a supreme list of right-back talent, but his form should have earned a call-up at some point. Euro 2024 is now approaching.

Tavernier remains without a single senior call-up. But Jermain Defoe, a former Rangers player and coach, who won 57 caps for England – has a prediction. He commented, predicting an England call-up.
